Industrial designer with experience from major brands and strong skills in technical drawings, 3D modeling, and production optimization. Since the beginning, he has worked with Adrian on developing the Hakonor leakage box, ensuring a practical and production-ready solution while contributing to product design and technical strategy.

Rune Johannessen
Entrepreneur with a background in construction, film, and brand management. Founded and ran a successful contracting company, worked with leading Norwegian brands in film and media, and has built and branded several companies. At Hakonor, Rune leads branding, partnerships, and business development.

Kjell Arne Nielsen
Advisor with 40 years’ experience from Innovation Norway, the Navy and NATO, diplomacy, and the ICT sector. Supports businesses and public clients with trade promotion, business development, and strategic positioning, with recent focus on maritime decarbonisation and international markets such as Vietnam, Poland, and China.

Values
Hakonor blends two worlds:
Hako, the Japanese word for box, and Nor for Norway, bringing Japandi simplicity together with Scandinavian engineering.
Our team of engineers and designers worked with tradespeople to turn real site challenges into a practical product. One of our founders is a master plumber and certified dive instructor whose on-site experience and love of the sea helped shape the design.
